Choosing a Waterproof Tote Bag

Waterproof totes are used for the beach, the pool, boats and shopping. Decide first whether the tote must keep water out (a roll-top or zip top) or simply carry wet things without leaking (an open top with a welded base). PVC is tough and easy to print; TPU is lighter and softer. Look at the base and handle anchors, which carry most of the load, and choose a wipe-clean interior.

Every order passes through incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process checks during welding and sewing (IPQC) and final inspection (OQC), with SGS or QIMA third-party inspection available on request. Our test programme covers seam tensile and bonding strength, load testing of 1,500+ cycles, zipper testing to 3,000 cycles, salt spray on hardware, abrasion, and colour fastness and colour difference against the approved sample. Waterproof ratings are verified on the bag itself: a heavy rain and water-jet test for IPX5 and IPX6 models and a full water-immersion test of 2+ hours for IPX7 and IPX8 models.
